Nice things

I received the most exciting package yesterday from a long time internet friend in Sweden! My baby is without a doubt the luckiest little girl in the world. In the beginning of all of this I had a fair amount of fear that I wouldn't be able to give my baby what she needed raising her alone, but like I've said before, the amount of love I (&she) received is indescribable. It has all been very reassuring and uplifting :)

I saw the package at my doorstop when I was heading out to meet friends at Starbucks. I drove off quickly to open up all the little dresses :)

This little green dress is without a doubt my favorite. Thank you so much Sara! Come visit us in Florida :)

I'm planning on doing a full post soon with pictures of most (or all) of the little dresses babycake's has acquired.

Sidenote: I just realized how confusing it will be with two Sara's sending me the most beautiful dresses I've seen. Ha.

Jamie and Isabel stopped by yesterday and a little bit of this also happened:

We had fun, but at the end of the day, the extra 20 pounds I have gained definitely felt more like gaining 90. At least the weight that hasn't gone to my baby belly or breasts has mostly been distributed throughout my butt and thighs. I have to be happy about that one.
