This has been a special week with lots of fun features and mentions!

It was a labor of love and I couldn't be more proud of everyone involved.

at work: Ruche Spring 2012 Lookbook

I am so proud of this latest lookbook for Ruche! Enchantment A Melodic Daydream, is all about the celebration of Spring. Our creative team loved brainstorming ways to bring outdoor items indoors. From the stunning umbrellas, the indoor kites, the gigantic flowers, and the real sod {!}, it seems like we made the impossible possible. This lookbook was so much fun to style and Ashlyn, our model, pulled every outfit off perfectly! She's simply stunning, as I'm sure you'll all agree! I hope you all love this lookbook as much as I do! Here are some of my favorite outfits and photos:

Elizabeth Messina, one of the most incredible fine art photographers, shot this lookbook and did such a perfect job capturing every detail. It was amazing to work with her!

at work: Playing Dress Up with Ruche!

One fun thing about my job is coming up with cool, different features for the site. Since it's the holidays we thought it would be fun to show how you can incorporate accessories into multiple outfits. So if you don't have money to buy a whole new winter wardrobe, you can at least look to these 10 pieces to transform an outfit. When Ruche asked me to model this feature, though, as well as style it, I can't exactly say I jumped up and down. You see, while I do take photos for my blog all the time, there is something so different about standing in front of a white background with a stable camera. And playing model, changing poses every 5 seconds, doesn't come that naturally to me. Also Matthew wasn't there! So I was a little bit nervous. But luckily I work with the coolest and sweetest people who made me feel so natural in front of the camera. It was a weird experience styling myself and modeling for the shoot but it was a lot fun! And thank you Liz for your amazing modeling tips!

at work: Sparkling Soiree

Have you seen Ruche's Holiday Lookbook, Sparkling Soiree? I forgot to post photos when it launched last Thursday but I had to share some of my favorites. This was a really fun shoot to style because the concept was so unique! I loved that we turned a chalkboard wall into a beautiful holiday mural and the big paper trees turned out so perfectly! at work: Ruche Winter Lookbook

Ruche's latest lookbook launched today and oh my gosh it is so sweet and perfect! As you might remember, we went up to Santa Cruz to shoot the winter lookbook in October. We had the coolest location that provided the most amazing backdrops. It was so much fun to style. I loved all the sweaters and layering! Here are some of my favorite looks:
